Vintage blue zip up jacket c. 1970's. Venus zipper & two side front pockets.
 
Patched up with numerous aviation patches, dating from the 70's to early 80's.
Several patches on the jacket are from the 99's, a female flyer organisation co-founded by Amelia Earhart. Some other patches are from air races the original owner, Lois, participated in. And on the back of the jacket we find an amazing large embroidery.
The jacket tells us the story of the places she visited all over the Southwest & California, by plane!
